Happy happy Thursday ya'll! This week has been an emotional roller coaster, so many highs but so many low lows, but my anchor for this week has been my concerts. Beyonce and Jay Z and Outside Lands Day 1. Definite anchors for sure. So keep on keeping on and we can make it through whatever together.

Side note: I could not find the origin of this quote, but it totally sounds like it could be a line from Teen Wolf or Grey's Anatomy or something. I don't know about all of you but I can definitely picture Deaton or Derek saying this or it sounds like something Meredith Grey would say during her opening or closing monologues. I watch way too much TV.
